He started Blue Claw Co. after a trip across Argentina: While traveling, he quickly
discovered that his luggage was not suited for his excursions – it was getting ripped,
tattered and destroyed. Upon returning to the Eastern Shore of Maryland (home of
the Blue Claw Crab,) he was motivated to create the perfect line of luggage. As an avid
traveler, he finds himself constantly using his Blue Claw luggage. When creating the line
it was his goal to develop products that would be able to accompany his faced paced
and somewhat unpredictable lifestyle. To him, it’s imperative to carry a bag that is
lightweight, durable and fashionable.

and pack enough clothes for the weekend. If he anticipates his jaunt to be a bit longer,
he uses his Worton Weekender. He has taken the Weekender on a trip to Europe for an

compartment on an airplane so he never has to check a bag on flights.

that Blue Claw Co. will play a part in brining back a piece of luggage that’s popularity
has started to fade.
