Once I pick up the jacket from tumble dryer, it is shrunk obviously compared with raw state.
Detailed shrinkage as following,

Sleeve length: 23.5" from 25.5"
Shoulder to shoulder: 18.5" from 19.5"
Pit to pit: 21.5" from 23.5"
Length: 21" from 24"

    What size did you originally buy?? I'm trying to match your sizes with the ones sold online by reputable companies and they don't jive.

    The closest I see online compared to your original sizes before shrinkage are a size Med and Large from the store INDEPENDENCE:

    Med:
    Shoulder to shoulder: 19.5
    Pit to pit: 22.5
    Length: 24.5

    Large:
    Shoulder to shoulder: 20
    Pit to pit: 23
    Length: 25
